Partnering with Counties

REM Minnesota is a community service provider with a long history of partnering with counties.  We serve individuals across the state in more than 50 counties:

• We focus on regional and local cooperation and have management teams with many years of public and private experience. Our programs work cooperatively with county staff to meet service and budget needs.
• We work with the individuals we serve and county case managers to develop individualized approaches and flexible options.
• We take great pride in our ability to explore new service directions to better meet the needs of those we serve.
• We are accountable to the individuals we serve and counties for high quality, effective service solutions.
• We are experienced in partnering with county social service agencies as we navigate the complexities of state, federal and local human services management and funding.  As such, this partnership must support business solutions that help both parties do their jobs.
