REM Arrowhead, a partner of REM Minnesota and The MENTOR Network, is pleased to welcome staff and individuals served from Tender Loving Care (TLC) Duluth. Fifteen group homes in Duluth, Minn., have joined REM Arrowhead, enabling the organization to expand its group home services for adults with brain injury, mental health challenges and other needs. Homes previously operating as TLC Duluth will now operate as REM Arrowhead.The Duluth homes support residents in living as independently as possible and participating fully in community life, with services including vocational programs, independent living skill development and nursing.

Two years ago, group homes from TLC’s Metro region became a part of The MENTOR Network’s Minnesota operations, expanding group home services in Annoka and Hennepin counties.
